HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. (HRRL) is a Joint Venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and Government of Rajasthan (GOR) with an equity participation of 74% and 26% respectively.

The capacity of the complex is 9 Million Metric Tonnes Per Annum (MMTPA) which includes 2.4 MMTPA of Petrochemical products.

Rajasthan Refinery Project envisages to process imported crude (7.5 MMTPA) as well as Rajasthan crude (1.5 MMTPA)
